The Gift of Knowing Versus the Discipline of Doing: How Virtual Assistants Can Bridge the Gap

Virtual Assistants Bridge Gap

Virtual Assistants As Your Strategic Support System

Do you know what to do for your business? Do you have the capacity to do them all by yourself? Is this helping you move forward in your business and achieve revenue goals as an entrepreneur?

Have you resigned to the fact that it should take this long or do you know that if you had help and support, you could double your revenue and get some time to strategise and get some rest too?

I am not going to downplay the dread of possibly hiring the wrong person or even someone too good, you feel like you can’t afford their genuine work ethic and services.

As a corporate girlie who has had her own entrepreneurial seizure (coined by Michael E Gerber), this is not my first try at freelancing. I have also had to manage multi-level teams that had to work 24/7 during COVID and I understand firsthand how to manage people, resources, tasks, results, and expectations for all key stakeholders involved in a business.

But you should always give yourself a chance to get it wrong optimistically. Yes, give yourself the grace to try and know that you have done something hard before that has contributed and made an impact on your current state of being and dare I say, success.

Dear Vesta Creative: Your SOP Masters

I am a strong believer in having some SOPs (standard of procedure) for every aspect of your business which is a task we can help you with here at DVC. It takes away the confusion of the results expected of any new hire and maintains a level of learning and excellence.

One thing your audience wants is consistency of service; there are jokes about what to expect in Jamaican restaurants to buttress my point. If we know what our experiences would be, it takes away the fear of engagement for the first time as everyone else can be an ambassador for the same experience with you.

This is one of the things you can have virtual assistants help you write your success stories and accomplish as a business owner; a customer experience structure that’s unique to you and good business practices.

What are you waiting for?

Let’s get started.

When creative blockages emerge, however—due to stress, self-doubt or simply becoming stagnant in our own routines—inspiration can seem increasingly elusive.
